By Road
Tanjung Gemok in Pahang and Mersing in Johor are two take-off points to Tioman . Tanjung Gemok is a 3 ½ hour drive via the north – south Expressway . Visitor can exit at the Senawang Interchange , proceed to Muadzam Shah and Rompin before arriving at Tanjung Gemok . To get Mersing from Kuala Lumpur , exit at Kluang along the North – south Expressway . Overnight buses from Kuala Lumpur are the alternative way to get to Mersing .
By Air
Berjaya Air operates daily direct flight to Tioman from the Sultan Abdul Aziz Airport in Kuala Lumpur and seletar Air Port in Singapore .There are only use Berjaya Air . You can get Aeroplane from Singapore and Kuala Lumpur . From Singapore is only 45 minutes and from Kuala Lumpur is 55 minutes with Berjaya Air.
By Sea
The island is accessible by ferry from the jetties in Tanjung Gemok and Mersing . The ride takes about 1 hour , depending on sea conditions .You can get ferry from Tanjung Gemok and Mersing .
